Career

Yehya began his journey as an art director, introducing a new visual language built on harmony, color, and conceptual depth. At a time when art direction was still unfamiliar in the region, many credit him as a pioneer in establishing it within the Middle East. His early work spanned fashion shows, photo shoots, and theatrical productions, before transitioning into film. With a relentless drive, “I want to be the best in what I do. I want to be number one”, Yehya quickly made his mark. His collaborations extended across Pan-Arab directors, artists, fashion designers, and international clients, leaving a lasting impact on the industry.

Yehya’s signature is unmistakable, a fusion of vision, emotion, and imagination that defines every frame he creates. His transition into directing began with his first music video, followed by a period of continued work in art direction, a craft he still deeply values.

Seeking a stronger voice for his ideas, Yehya moved fully into directing. His breakthrough came with Baya3 Elward by Amal Hijazi, a project that resonated deeply with him and stirred major controversy for its bold narrative. Criticism only fueled his determination to push boundaries and express what others avoided.

Yehya believes in fearless storytelling, confronting taboos, expressing human emotion, and challenging societal norms. As he puts it, “Today’s problems cannot be erased by yesterday’s solutions.” His work calls for change, dialogue, and a new creative freedom that speaks directly to future generations.

Despite criticism and controversy, his vision found its audience. Over time, more people began to understand, defend, and connect with the depth of his work — and his story continues to evolve.

Iman Saade

Iman Saade is the Managing Director and co-founder of the company, and the operational force driving its structure, growth, and long-term success. As the engine behind the organization, she leads with clarity, discipline, and a sharp strategic mindset, ensuring every vision is executed with precision and purpose.

Her career began at The Gate / Kodak Lab, where she collaborated closely with leading creatives and gained deep insight into the industry’s inner workings. This early exposure paved the way for her transition into production, where she quickly advanced to the roles of Producer and Executive Producer. During this time, she worked alongside some of the region’s most prominent music video directors and leading celebrities, building a strong foundation in high-level production and earning a reputation for reliability, precision, and excellence.

In 2011, Iman relocated to the UAE and co-founded Over the World, establishing it as a respected creative agency within the region. Under her leadership, the company has delivered impactful projects across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the wider Gulf, successfully bridging creative ambition with operational excellence. Her ability to translate ideas into structured, scalable outcomes has positioned the company as a trusted partner across both corporate and creative sectors.

Iman’s leadership is defined by resilience, precision, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. Highly organized and detail-oriented, she oversees the company’s structure, financial direction, and strategic growth, ensuring stability while enabling creativity to thrive. Nidal Saade

Nidal Saade is a visionary creative leader and co-founder whose career spans over two decades of excellence across hospitality, corporate strategy, and entrepreneurship. As the creative backbone of the company, she is the driving force behind its distinctive vision, shaping ideas into powerful,
impactful realities.

Her professional journey began in the hospitality industry across Lebanon, Egypt, and the UAE, where she developed a deep understanding of experience-driven excellence, precision, and human connection. She later advanced into the corporate sector, holding senior marketing roles including Group Marketing Manager within a semi-government entity, where she led large-scale brand development initiatives and influenced high-level strategic direction.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to create without limits, Nidal co-founded the company with a clear purpose: to build meaningful, boundary-pushing work that leaves a lasting impression. Her leadership is defined by bold thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to quality. She is known for pushing creative boundaries, embracing calculated risks, and consistently turning challenges into opportunities.

Beyond her professional achievements, Nidal is deeply invested in people. She leads with empathy and intention, empowering her team to grow, excel, and take ownership of their craft.
